The administrator of our website updates the website regularly and reports about all the relevant activities. Minors

The website is not designed for or directed at children.

We understand the importance of protecting children, online and offline. We make sure that our services aren’t viewed or used by minors. This means, that were available, we use the 18+ restriction within the settings of our Social pages and include the 18+ restriction into the About/Bio section.

We have company-related Social accounts. Social media are third-party platforms where certain information is available. We have no responsibility for the contents offered by third parties. Please note that some Social media is available to teenagers (13 years +). Therefore, it’s important that parents/ legal guardians read the T&Cs of Social media and take all necessary steps to ensure that minors don’t have access to and engage in not age-appropriate activities. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information (via Social media direct message/Inbox, online form etc), contact us immediately.

When you book a table or a party at our pub, please make us aware when minors will join you. Minors are served non-alcoholic beverages and snacks (please inform us about allergies, food intolerances).

We don’t allow the use of our services by minors without them being accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, and their consent.

Storing your data

We make sure that our procedures and technology/tools we use will keep your data safe. We store certain data to meet legal and accounting-related requirements.

You have the right to know what information we store about you (data subject access request). Contact us to update your information or delete the information we store about you. Please note, that we proceed according to the General Data Protection Regulation, we can’t meet all your expectations/requests and will, therefore, provide reasons, why we can’t delete certain information.

• We can instruct a specialist to create a report, conduct research because we want to improve our services, understand trends
• To contact other services companies, for example, high-quality printing of marketing/event-related material
